HIS PRIMARY EXPERIENCE IS IN BUILDING MASONRY HOMES SO HIS INSIGHT INTO HOW TO POUR FOOTINGS AND STRUCTURES CONNECTED TO EXISTING FOUNDATIONS WAS VERY HELPFUL. WITH MINIMAL INSTRUCTION, HE COMPLETED SEVERAL JOBS ON THE SAME SITE WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM AT THE END OF THE 2004 BUILDING SEASON WHEN HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO FINISH MULTIPLE JOBS BEFORE THE WEATHER TURNED COLD. I WOULD HIRE HIM AND HIS SONS AGAIN.
Description of Work: POURED FOOTINGS AND STEPS AND BUILD A 4 FT FOUNDATION FOR A FRONT ENTRY WAY, POURED STEPS AND STOOP IN REAR OF HOUSE AND CREATED A STUCCO FACADE BETWEEN FOUNDATION AND NEW ADDITION. POURED FOOTINGS FOR FRONT AND REAR STOOP, DECK POST. POURED A 22 X 22 BASEMENT SLAB FOR A NEW ADDITION WITH FOUNDATION RETAINING WALL/STEP.
