I needed help. My mother had died and my father was in his 90's. I had to sell their little Pennsylvania Dutch farmhouse in order to get money to support my dad. I was grieving and was under a great deal of stress with a seemingly impossible and sad task. 

Mom had been an antique collector and a garage sale aficionado. I found myself responsible for selling my treasured childhood home. I was overwhelmed emotionally, physically and in every way possible. I really was in a tough spot and I knew I needed help. The last thing I wanted was to work with someone whose personality or style would be another thing to deal with. I heard about Marcie from a coach friend of mine. She had great things to say about Marcie. A trained coach and an organizational expert was exactly what I needed! 

I met Marcie at the house and immediately knew she was the person for the job. She laid out a very impressive plan and drew up an quote that seemed entirely reasonable given what I wanted to get out of the relationship. Marcie then created systems, spreadsheets, and timelines and helped me identify meaningful, achievable goals. I actually looked forward to our many meetings and work sessions. She was able to get me out of the chair and into action. Marcie helped by loaning me her organizational skills, her humor and occasionally her shoulder. I also remember a day toward the end where we were both on ladders vacuuming walls and pulling out countless nails from my dad's shop. This was an extremely successful professional relationship and I would recommend Marcie's services to anyone!
