Had a piano delivered from Schmitt Music via Manny’s Piano Movers. Overall, they delivered my new piano in great condition. Job accomplished. However, I was very surprised that there was no regards for Covid. Have recently remodeled the house and all contractors by default were following Covid guidelines. Manny’s piano service did not, no masks, etc. Would I recommend Manny’s to friends or family at this time – depends. The service was good and job well done, but if you’re concerned about Covid, then I’d potentially look elsewhere.

I selected Manny's based on past reviews. This was a higher quote than others. I needed to move a large, heavy ceramic vase. Did a great job and no scratches.

The two gentlemen delivering our piano were amazing. They have piano moving down to a science. They moved out our old piano and then moved in our new piano all in about 20 minutes. They were courteous, knew exactly what they were doing, worked well as a team, and did it well--up and down stairs, round tight corners, over wet ground, cleaned their shoes, cleaned the wheels on the dolly, working smart with efficient weight-bearing straps that enabled them to do this day in, day out without relying on brute strength. They had full control of what they were doing at all times--no guess work. Pianos, carpet, walls, workers all well cared for. They are a professional company that do what they do with excellence. (They also will move other heavy items beside pianos) I was very impressed and I recommend them very highly.

Very well and we would use this company again, and recommend to others. Would check to see if they offer a coupon. We called one day and they made a reservation to have the very large desk moved the next afternoon. They called the next morning and asked if it would be ok to come in the morning, rather than afternoon. That was fine with us. They arrived and did the job skillfully and professionally - with great care not to harm furnishings in the home. We very very pleased with their work.

Manny's was so professional and careful with my piano. It was a difficult move involving a hydraulic lift through a back door and off a second story porch with very limited space to maneuver; but he and his excellent crew were experienced, professional and knew what they were doing. They were attentive to details I was not aware of and handled my piano as gently as you would a child. They're the only movers I would trust with my piano.

Very expensive. Unsafe. Timely. I paid over $600 to move a piano 35 miles. I also asked them if they could move a safe. Sure. Problem was, it was already on a trailer strapped down so I moved it (drove it) myself. All they did was carry it 70 feet. I felt raped for having to pay 2 guys to spend 5 minutes moving a 400# safe downhill (and get charged what I felt was $300). When they picked up the piano, I asked the two guys, "did you stretch out first?" "No, were doing that right now!". Most accidents and injuries occur from improper training. Manny's is ripe for a worker's comp claim because of clowns like these. Management needs to recognize the importance of exercise and warmup prior to lifting a piano.

Things went well. I was able to easily schedule the move, the two men who came to move the piano were polite, courteous, efficient and fast. They padded up the piano and strapped it in and told me how to pack the rest of the pod around the piano.

Very good. They were quick and professional and didn't damage anything, which was the primary goal of hiring this out. We did have a cheaper bid, but that firm could not make the dates work that we needed.

With one exception, it went very well. Only exception was that I had an agreement with the person I booked with that they would call me between 8 AM and noon, and give me 45 minutes to drive over to the location to open it up for them. I even confirmed this the day before. They called at 7:30 AM with the 45-minute warning, which I was totally unprepared for. Had to leave my home with things left undone, and drive very fast to get to the house to open it up for them. They still got there before I did,and were waiting for me outside.
