Concrete Repair
The salesperson was responsive (he had left the company, however, by the time they got around to our job). I phoned the receptionist at the main number a couple of times to get on their schedule. The receptionist just took my number and said she'd have someone call me, but that never happened. I called the salesperson back, and asked him for the number of the guy in charge of the jobs so I could speak with him directly. That guy was fairly responsive. They set up the forms one day (they were crooked) and did the job a couple of days later. I ended up staying at home the day they poured our step to make sure it went OK (I made them straighten the forms). The step looks great.

Cost was discounted because neighbor had similar work done at same time. Came one day later than they originally said they would, but all work was done in one day and I was pleased with result.
