Mainstream Drywall

Ben Ward of Mainstream Drywall was referred to us by another
drywall contractor who was unable to do our job due to a health problem. The original contractor came highly
recommended to us so a referral by him gave us confidence. Ben fairly bid our job, which was scraping,
taping and re-spraying a large living room ceiling along with painting of two
areas and repairing a previously poor tape job around a fireplace. Ben
was very accommodating in his schedule and very efficient in his work. He protected our furniture prior to starting
the job and completely cleaned up once he was finished. He finished the project in a timely manner
and did excellent work. In one instance
we had picked out a paint color for an area with little light. Ben suggested using a lighter shade because
of the lightening and he was absolutely correct. He also spent a good deal of time matching
the ceiling to another area which was close to it and did a spot on job. We will highly recommend Ben. He is honest, affordable, timely and
efficient. He is an expert in his field
and we would use him time and again as well as refer him to family and friends.

We contacted Ben re skim coating a REALLY bad texture job on our living room ceiling and cove. Ben came out the next day and we agreed on the price. David (the person who did the job) showed up at the time requested on the start date (actually two days earlier because they had an opening. The work was completed in three days, as predicted. David is a true craftsman and explained everything as the work went along. I initially thought the price might be a little high, but turned out to be just right for the work that had to be done and the quality results. I'd use Mainstream again in a heatr beat. Definitely deserve the A rating.
