They were really good. It was probably equally as nice as another dealership. It was a great sales person, and I wished I remembered her name, but I do not. I searched online. I go an Honda HRV, and there are not many used ones around.

I only take it in about every 5 months. I don't really know about price because it's the only place I've gone to for the last 30 years. They never recommend anything I don't need.

It was reasonable sale. I didn't get as much information about the vehicle as I would've liked. It was a used vehicle. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

They explained the work that they were doing. My first impression with them was fine. They were professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done and talked to us about it.

My husband waited in the waiting room. It was an hour or hour and a half. I don't really recall. It was a big check-up so it takes a while. They were great about telling us what we needed to get fixed.

It was fine. The maintenance area was very small. There's this building were we bought the car that was a different building from the service building at the time, it was small.

I've been using them for years. They switched the service rep that I use to deal with; they got a different one now. I was in a couple of months ago and had service with them. They told me I could get a $100 scheduled service for a trip in my truck. You know they never had this before. I went  in there and still wasn't happy with the way it operated. They haven't changed my wheel well. I tried to call the service manager, but I haven't gotten any response back from them so then when I went in to have my oil changed I had to let them know what I was thinking and I said it just really aggravates me and we never did this before, it was something new. So anyway I called him back and said what they can do would be to fix it. I haven't heard anything from him, but I did get a a flyer from Brookdale GMC Chevrolet deal with a coupon like I used to get but I haven't gotten any other of the emails and letters so I think maybe they have figured out what they did wrong and they felt they had corrected the issue. I am standing in a wait and see mode.

They are very good. We have a Toyota but they roughly service all the brands. They are probably the largest dealership in Twin Cities. Their service department is very good. I saw them about 2 months ago and I'm going there probably next week. When you buy a new car from them the first 24,000 miles, servicing is basically at no cost to yourself so that's nice. They give you actually 10 cents off a gallon of gas a holiday at the gas station and $5 car washes a holiday. So they really do a nice job when you bring your car in for servicing and they bring your car back washed. I like the service department there and the service tech has been very nice to us. If you send anybody with a car that was not bought there, it of course would not be free. I've not had any problems with them. This is about the fourth car we've bought from there. And all their dealerships are brand new state of the art facilities. There's plenty of room and it's just a nice place to do business. We felt that the price we've paid is fair and we've been satisfied. We had a trade in and we thought we got a fair price for the trade in. They've been very responsive as far a that goes. When the car is taken in, they get me in and out as quickly as they can. I just make an appointment and bring it in and they try to get me in and out within an hour. I have one individual that I go to all the time but I've had contact with others there and they are very professional. They are not out to take their customer for a ride financially and they are not going to recommend any services that are not necessary. So I'm appreciative of that. The car is under my wife's name. The person I deal with in the service department is called Jeremy Driskin.
