I leased a car and after the Finance Director Luke asked me about buying all the additional packages, I bought the oil changes because he said (Hyundai does not want Jiffy Lube to do them.) I realized soon after that the oil change plan now cost me over $136.00 for 1 oil change, because Hyundai already covers 6 of them on their maintenance plan. I asked Luke for a refund of $273.00 on May 18 2020. I had to go in and sign a cancellation quote cover page for $273.00 which apparently comes OFF the LAST lease payment in 36 months. 1 month later- 6-16-2020, I followed up to verify at 800-742-7896 and she told me that no paperwork was ever sent to them to cancel tthe oil changes. I called luther Hyundai and spoke with Luke again today (who is always in a hurry) and he found my cancellation form, and simply entered it into the computer and I received a cancellation email to verify what he said. Total runaround.

Well they were very very unclear about the price. I was told it would be just under $400 to repair. However they also charged me $153 dollars for a diagnosis fee. I asked them when I went to pay for that is was under the impression it was the payment for the labor. The tech even used the term labor. But he meant the diagnosis charge which I would be paying on top of the labor and feed for the part replacement. I felt quite fooled and mislead.

Initially I paid cash for my car but during the grace period I decided to get it financed thru Luther Bloomington Hyundai.

That is when the trouble began. My calls were rarely returned by Eric in finance. He totally screwed up everything and the

check was sitting at the dealership when it was supposed to have been sent to me. When I asked him why he was very rude and unprofessional and actually hung up on me. The worst part is when I told the management about Eric's behavior they actually condoned Eric's horrible behavior.

Save yourself a lot of abuse and go somewhere else! They are very nice until you have bought the car. If anything goes wrong or if you need help after the fact be prepared to be abused!!!

We bought our car there and they have always been fairly friendly. They get us in right away. We are reasonably happy with them. They are a dealer so I am assuming that they are more expensive than what a private garage would be. We have had no problem with them. I will continue to use them.

It took awhile for the car to be looked at.
If I waited it would have taken hours.
The oil change went well and the car was returned to me spic and span. A detail I really appreciate.
They could not identify the wind noise on the passenger side. I could sit in the car with them to identify it. Wind noise is not what I would assume is uncommon however, the excessive noise is only on the passenger side and not on the driver side. They did acknowledge that there is not leak on the window which would be a bigger concern.

They were fantastic. They were very efficient and quick. I told them that I have short time due to something that came out at work and they were able to get me in and out in less than half an hour. They just mailed me the receipt copy so that I didn't have to stand there and wait. They just gave me the key and left. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I called to make the appointment, they were very helpful and detailed, and their automated service reservation system sent email confirmations and reminders. They told me that the straps would be quick and easy to replace, but the alignment work would take about three hours. That was perfect, since it was less then a week until Christmas, and I could shop for presents at the mall across the street while they worked.

However, when I arrived, the service advisor said and quot;We don't have an alignment rack.and quot; In other words, they couldn't perform the work that they had promised to do!! And apparently, they never do that work in the first place!! He tried to call other service shops nearby, but they were all busy, and one of the places he called didn't do alignment work either, so I don't know why he bothered to call them except that they had and quot;Tireand quot; in their name.

Their service manager wrote me an email to apologize, and said:

and quot;I apologize for this, I did talk to the service advisor and he said he tried all of our sublet vendors that day to try and facilitate getting the alignment done. Unfortunately no one was able to squeeze it in. This is usually not a concern, and if it is a drop off appointment it usually can be taken care of. We are very limited with space that is why do not have an alignment rack, this will be taken care of when we split up and both have our own building.and quot;

He also asked what he could do to make this situation right, but my opinion is that if you can't actually do a job, don't tell a customer that you can do it, tell them it will take half a business day during the busiest shopping season of the year, and then let them arrive at your shop before you break the bad news. Additionally, if you're going to SUBCONTRACT part of a job and bring the car to a DIFFERENT shop, tell the customer what you're doing!!

They replaced the straps in about 30 minutes, and I left. But I had already had used up an entire day of vacation from work, and I was left with a car with a wobbly wheel as a Christmas gift for my wife. Happy holidays.

We had already checked out the models we were interested in when we got to the dealer and the salesman was very good about not trying to interest us in other models. We were able to test drive the 2 models we wanted and the salesman was very helpful re: information and services his dealership offered. The whole process was very efficient. The salesman was not pushy or overzealous and was very available when we called back with questions.
