Kia of Brooklyn Park always tell you upfront how much it is going to cost and if it changes they will call you back and tell you how much more it is going to cost. You can decide if you are going to do it or not. They get you out of there fast. They completed the work on the day they said they would. They are honest.

They gave me an estimate and then completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. They came in at the price they quoted at the beginning. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. The price always feels expensive. I would use them again.

,Very simple, I walked in to this dealership, met Justin who turned out to be my sales person. The whole transaction was clear, no 'wearing down the customer. After about an hour of talking about price, trade-in, warranty, positive of the Kia Soul. I decide to buy the care. I never felt trapped. I was treated with respect. The salesman had integrity, honesty and was pleasant to be with.

I was able to 'keep an eye' on my trade-in the whole time which was important because at another Kia dealer i was held 'hostage' and never knew where my car was. I am not sure what else to say, it was stress free. As I mentioned i decided to buy within an hour. I got a grat trade-in on my old car and Justin was just wonderful.

They are great. I use their services every three months for oil change and usually pay $50 for their services. However, this time I had some major repair work to be done in the front wheel of my car. They did a tire run on one side of the front wheel. Earlier, I had complained about a line which was in my transmission when I went out on a test drive but they said it was nothing. However, it got worst in the spring and at that time I was out of warranty. So when I took it for repair, they said it would cost $2000 to fix it. I then told them that I had informed about this earlier and I was told that it was nothing. They then looked up in their computer to check if I had complained earlier but could not find anything. Then they pulled my file out of the file room and found that I had complained about the repair within the warranty period and then they did the repair for free under the warranty. I had a similar issue with my other vehicle and this other service provider did not do the repair because I was 200 miles out of warranty. I was very impressed with Saturn of Brooklyn Park for that reason. They even gave me a ride after I dropped my car for repair. They are great because they know who I am and my car. My car is named and ldquo;Ringsand rdquo;. When I call them to say that and ldquo;Ringsand rdquo; needs to come in for a service, they know exactly as to who I' am. Like I said earlier, they took the time to go back and go through my paper work. When they found out that I had complained about it earlier, they fixed it for free which otherwise was an expensive repair. Also, they have never tried to test my knowledge of cars and sell me anything that I don't need. I have been using their services for 4 years; mostly for oil changes, safety checks, filling up the fluids and periodically check my brakes.

I have been going to them for 11 years and they are the most friendly and easiest to talk with about my vehicle and repairs. They also have a wonderful waiting area with Internet access and they are also very efficient.

I have had a fantastic experience with their service department. They are very trustworthy and honest and I know that I am getting a good service and that I will not get any surprises.

I had a great purchase experience with this car dealership. I know that I can trust them and that they are honest. I like that they do not negotiate, and the sales person that assisted me in my purchase was very knowledgeable and was not pushy.

They are very quick with getting your car in and if there are a couple cars ahead of you there maybe about a half hour wait. If you do have to wait they have a nice waiting area. They have a Lego station for the kids, which is nice when I have to bring my daughter. They are very honest and don't pressure you about additional work.

The people at Saturn GV make service work easy for the customer. They have a very pleasant waiting room w/ beverages, newspapers, and magazines. They always get the job done efficiently, and I can trust them not to come up with any unnecessary work to be done on my car.

I took it in last winter, I was complaining about this periodic high pitched sound. They said it sounded like the brakes, and after they cleaned it, the squeak came back worse than ever. So I took it back and they said it was something else for the same exact thing. I told them that and they fixed it for free.

Great. This was the first time I had ever got into an accident. They were listed by my insurance company and since I didn't know anyone in the area, I went with them. They got the job done ahead of schedule.

Great customer service, they always explain exactly what they are going to do and why, flexible scheduling for service appointments. Got me in and out in about two hours.

This was a great experience - Gary at Lupient set us up with a rental car and even covered 3 days for us. They had the car ready a day before the promised delivery date, and everything looks great! We haven't had to use an auto body shop in over 20 years, and Lupient was recommended by our insurance. Not knowing where else to go, we took our insurance's referral and are so glad we did. Lupient is a class act all the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will use them again if we are ever in need again.

They're very efficient and effective. I had a strange problem with the ignition key, and they didn't charge anything extra. Everything was finished within 1 hour, and I'll continue to take my car there for maintenance.

THIS DEALERSHIP HAS GONE DOWNHILL IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. I'VE HAD SATURNS FOR NEARLY 10 YEARS AND MY LAST EXPERIENCE MAKES ME HESITATE BUYING ANOTHER. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN ESTIMATE, THEY DID A FULL DIAGNOSTIC WITHOUT ASKING, MEANING THAT IF I DIDN'T HAVE SOME WORK DONE ON THE CAR, I WOULD BE CHARGED $50. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ENGINE COOLANT SENSOR WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME A BOGUS REASON AS TO WHY TO HAVE IT FIXED. I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC WHO TOLD ME THAT ON A CAR THAT NEW, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WOULD COME ON IF THAT SENSOR WAS MALFUNCTIONING IN ANY WAY. CLEARLY, THEY WERE AFTER AN ADDITIONAL $350 DOLLARS AS OPPOSED TO THE $150 FOR THE REPAIR THAT I ASKED FOR. IN ALL THEY ''FOUND'' $875 IN REPAIRS. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN, WHICH IS UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE I LIKE THE SALESMAN WHO I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM.

THEY DID SAY THEY FOUND FOUR OTHER THINGS WRONG, BUT NOT THE A/C, THOUGH I WASN'T GETTING ANY COLD AIR. I DON'T HAVE THE CONFIDENCE IN THEM THAT I USED TO, THOUGH THEY ARE PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LUPIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND IT WAS READY IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN REPAIRING THE CAR. I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
