She said the person who repaired luggage was not in, but that he would call with an estimate in a few days. Waited a week. No one called. I called. No one seemed to know where our luggage was. They eventually found it. No one had even looked at it. Drove to store and retrieved it. No apology. Will never deal with them again.
Nine days later I got a call and picked them up. The job was excellent and looks better than new.
