Paul Neseth did not pay attention to detail, and made designed elements that would either not fit or were not practical.

PERHAPS THE MOST TELLING COMMENT IS THAT WE ARE STILL FRIENDS WITH THE ARCHITECT, WYNNE YELLAND AND HIS FAMILY AS WELL AS BOB ALF, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR (NOW ON HIS OWN). THE WHOLE LOCUS TEAM WAS A PLEASURE - CONSCIENTIOUS, TIDY, HARD-WORKING, EAGER TO DO THINGS WELL. MUCH MATERIAL WAS REUSED AND RECYCLED.
