LINDELL TILE

He is very friendly and even answered all my 'first time tiling' questions...and he remembered me when I called repeatedly after he came for the estimate! ! I got an estimate that same visit and it was quick! I was AMAZED! He seems comparable to other estimates I have received so far...

Dan had done an excellent job, it seemed at first, but made one large error in that he scratched the grout into our new, plastic tub (where it was adjacent to the tile). He took responsibility, and offered $200 to have it repaired (with a promise to send him any difference,) and the repair was done by a local company recommended by Mfg; however, that company took three maddening attempts to repair it before they got it right, and in so doing, dented and scratched our new hardware floor and stained our nickel fixtures. We couldn't prove that it was them, and so we have come away with a good tile job but damage to the new bathroom directly owing to Lindell Tile. All the hassle that the company gave us resulted in them not charging, so we offered the money back to Dan (as we had agreed) but with a letter indicating the ensuing distress, expecting him to compensate us. HE DID NOT. He cashed the check. However, he had picked up the tile for us, which was above and beyond...

Most tile salesman told me it wasn't possible to put 20'' tiles in a 3' hallway and get it to look good. It presented a challenge for Dan, but he made it look beautiful. I wanted the floor to be uniform and flow from the entry, through the hall, and into the kitchen. Dan took his time and did it right. He starts his day early and works as long as possible. He even came on Saturday to grout so that we could get the job done. He's a talented tiler and we are extremely pleased with his work.

Our experience with Lindell Tile was outstanding. Dan was punctual, clear, and performed an excellent job which truly enhances our home. We needed this job done prior to our relatives visiting us, and Dan did an excellent job with the short amount of notice. We are planning to use Lindell Tile in the future.

Dan adjusted his plans to come to our house the day we called, over the holidays. He gave us a quote and suggestions for where to look at tile options. He was easily available by phone while we were planning the work, and while it was in progress. He was prompt in starting the job - arriving before 7am since we leave for work early. He completed the job in three days, as he had told us to expect, one day to remove the flagstone, about a half day to lay the tile, and then grouting the third day. We were very pleased with Dan's work and would recommend him.

NICE GUY, VERY PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY WORK. JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, CONSULTED WITH US ABOUT AREAS THAT WERE NOT CLEAR IN THE PLAN TO GET IT THE WAY WE WANTED. VERY HAPPY WITH END RESULT.

DAN IS ONE OF THE HARDEST WORKING TRADESMEN WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED. HE IS HONEST AND IS NOT AFRAID TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. HE HAS TONS OF EXPERIENCE AND HE'S ALWAYS BEEN HONEST ON PRICE. OUR JOBS HAVEN'T BEEN THE EASIEST! :)
