Overall it went very well. It was a lot of work end even though the market was chaotic at best I feel I got a fair price for the house. I doubt I will be selling or buying additional properties but if someone I know does I will refer them to Linda.
Description of Work: I called Linda when my mother passed in May 2008 so she could evaluate the house and give me some tips in getting it ready for sale. She was always available throughout the year it took me to clean out the house. As I got closer to getting it on the market she introduced me to her partner Steve Hong, who took the fabulous pictures which were on the website. Between the two of them I had all my questions answered and they even helped move a few items I couldn't move by myself. Linda scrambled the last couple days to make sure we had everything in order going into the closing - we had some last minute unexpected difficulties not related to the house.
