My husband paid the bill. I don't know if they actually did any work at all. They are wonderful. They are our auto repair shop of choice. We've been using them for a long time.

We were there in March of 2016.  They are wonderful, they're an A.

After not being able to start the car, my girlfriend and I checked the gas and tried jumping it - without success. We knew anything beyond that was out of our expertise. I called Mr. Lerum and dealt with him directly, he was extremely courteous and professional. The car was towed to his shop, which he set up for me, and then did the required work to get it back up and running.
He determined two of the cells in the battery were frozen solid, and no amount of jumping it would have gotten it to run. It was towed on Thursday, and we got it back the next day by noon. I found this extremely quick especially considering when we picked the car up, his shop was quite busy. I'm not surprised though, people will come a long way for the kind of professional service Mr. Lerum provides.

She coasted in while he was shoveling his driveway on a Sunday afternoon, I don't think he was even open.  He looked at her truck and verified that it was in fact her alternator and quoted her a fair price. 
I work in the neighborhood and I have coworkers who bring their cars there and they say they always get good service and a fair price.

They did the work when I needed to schedule it. They didn't do any unnecessary work. I felt the price was fair and the work was done well.

They are honest.  I don't feel like I'm being ripped off when I go there.

I have been going there for a year now. They don’t overcharge. We bought a certain number of oil changes and it is $13 for an oil change. I would give them an eight out of eight.

The hose busted while I was on the road. I went to the nearest service station. I pulled in right at lunch time and they put me right to the head of the line. They did that because they noticed it was my work truck. The man that was working on my truck was not feeling or looking good and was going to leave, but he stayed to fix my truck. They did a really good job. Totally satisfied. They were just super. They took care of me.

I have been going for about 20 years. They always give me a price range. They have even worked with me, allowing me to make payments on a slightly more expensive job. They also show me the work they do so that I can compare before and after. Everyone there is friendly, professional and they go out of their way to be helpful.

I was very impressed by the service and professionalism of the staff. My car was ready BEFORE PROMISED! (They had a cancellation). It runs like a new car again for the cost of a new car payment.

They are very honest, seem to be knowledgeable, and they'll tell you if you don't need the work. They also try to find inexpensive ways to do things to save money. They won't try to sell you something that isn't needed. They are very nice and pleasant people to deal with.

WHEN THE DEALER REFUSED TO LOOK AT OUR CAR FOR TWO WEEKS WE TOOK IT TO LERUM. TIM RAN A VERY COMPREHENSIVE CHECK OF THE CAR, AND WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO INFORM US WHEN HE HAD DONE AS MUCH AS HE COULD (HE WARNED US UP FRONT THAT HE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETELY DIAGNOSE OUT IMPORT). WE HAVE USED LERUM AUTOMOTIVE FOR MANY YEARS. THEY HAVE APPEARED TO BE COMPLETELY OPEN AN HONEST, EVEN RECOMMENDING WORK NOT BE DONE, OR SUGGESTING CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES. ON THE RARE OCCASION THEY MAKE A MISTAKE (THEY ONCE USED ORGANIC RATHER THAN SYNTHETIC OIL) THEY CORRECT IT (IN THAT CASE I WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN IF THEY HAD NOT TOLD ME) WITH NO FUSS. AN EXCELLENT OPERATION.
