LEGATT DECORATING

We never had any work completed. In June of 2017 we received a bid for the work on our kitchen after having Legatt visit our home to see the work. We wanted to schedule the work on the kitchen as soon as possible, but Legatt explained that they were booked at the time but could do the work later in the year. Eventually we scheduled a week to complete the job later in November while the wait was long we felt that it was worth the wait because they seemed to be the right people to do the job. When the time came to do the job we reached out to confirm the schedule and understand what we needed to do to prep the kitchen for their work. Legatt decided they wanted another visit to our home to let us know what to do to prep the space. After the visit they informed us via the carpenter that they no longer wanted the job. I understand that it may be that the services they offer are not a good fit for the demands of the job, but I wish that they could have determined this and communicated this to us in June. We ended up waiting 6 months sending many emails, and taking time out to do a 2nd site visit which was all a waste of time.
