LeBarron Tile & Wood

Chris showed up and began work with me as scheduled. He began installing with bamboo and walked me through the first room. Most of the room looked gorgeous but then he pointed out a couple of off colored pieces of wood that he had placed right in the main walkway where all would see. I was very surprised by his choice of these boards in this location since there was plenty wood to spare and asked for them to be replaced so they would not glare out. He did and work continued. Up until there was approximately 3 hours of work left. Chris asked for his final payment (me being a bleeding heart) gave him the final payment prior to his completing the job. He said he would show up 'tomorrow' but tomorrow turned into weeks without any contact. I ended out chasing him down for several weeks with no response from him. I finally got him to answer my call by using another number. The job was finished but had stalled for weeks and I have no confidence that it would have been completed without my chasing him down.
