Angie and Stephanie were completely available to me by phone or email for the 5 months that I was working with them. If I had a problem or question, one of them would get back to me within an hour. They made this scary process so much easier for my family and me! I would recommend them without any hesitation.

It went great. Angie or Stephanie were in contact with me frequently and were willing to explain what was happening every step of the way. They asked about what I was looking for and what my parameters for a mortgage were and worked to fit into that. They were able to find me more options than I knew were possible and made the process very painless. When I had questions I received prompt and detailed responses. They worked with me and my realtor to ensure I was able to close, but never pressured me into a product or situation I didn't want. When we had to work for an accelerated closing they were able to work with me for a quick turn around and were available for a 6am closing before a holiday weekend. Aside from the 1000 I put down all of the other expenses were worked into closing costs, which ended up being zero from me thanks to the work that Angie did in calculating the closing costs against concessions from the buyer. After the closing I've received follow up communication to make sure everything is going smoothly. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would work with Angie again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, reliable and quick mortgage company without any hassle or runaround. I was told what to expect up front and that's what I got.
