LAURA HANSON'S QUALITY TREE

In the process they tore 5 lilac bushes, ripped a piece off of my driveway, dented my siding, and tore some siding off my house. They narrowly missed bringing down the electrical wires as well. When we called to speak with Feddy, Laura hung up on us. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Freddy is charming. That is about the extent of his professionalism. Terrible job and terribly expensive experience.

In the process they dropped a long section of branches several inches in diameter on the roof of our garage, tearing up shingles in several places. (Most of the cuts were only partly controlled: they ripped off the tree sections from an adjacent tree, but had no control over the swinging sections. Had they used a second rope they could have controlled the fall of the sections and prevented swinging. ) They were responsive in taking responsibility for the damage, and agreed that our roofer would be paid by the homeowner and deducted from what was paid to them. In that sense I have no complaint. I do think that the problem was unnecessary had they used better and safer methods.

Freddy and company removed an old dead birch from the front yard for about a third of the cost of the other companies that provided estimates.  He has another guy that does stump grinding for him that you may have to work with separately, but he was able to quote the work.
