LANDER GROUP URBAN DEVELOPMENT

This builder was very disappointing to work with. And while his model home was fairly well done, by the time he finished the sixth unit of the development the quality of the materials used changed significantly. This builder also instituted a completely useless and inadequate set of association bylaws and declarations which has caused significant turmoil and problems for our members. Where this builder could cut corners, he has done so frequently. So much so that one of our members sued and settled to get the work done that was originally promised. As an association we eventually gave up calling the Lander Group resolving to fix the problems ourselves. Poorly installed windows, use of untreated pine siding, significant site drainage issues. I would not recommend this builder to others.
