Dennis met with us and gave us a bid. We accepted the bid on a Monday and the job was completed before the end of the week. Dennis was on time and did excellent work. Wanted us to inspect the work completed before payment. Cost was exactly what he had bid.

Dennis is professional, very easy to work with and a true craftsman. He took the time to explain everything he would do and how he would do it. He thought one of the ceilings could be repaired without replacing the entire ceiling, but when he discovered it would need to be replaced, he consulted with me immediately. I trusted his judgement and I am happy that I did. The room looks fabulous.
I plan to ask Dennis to come back to do other work in the future. I can think of no better review than to say you appreciated someone's work so much you would ask them back.

I contacted Dennis and within a day or so he called me back to set up a time to look at the project. He showed up on time and made his assessment. A couple days later he called me with the quote and we set up a time for him to start the project. He had to come 3 separate times because the ceiling needed a lot of work. He was able to fix an extremely uneven ceiling and make it look good. I'm very happy with the work he did and would definitely use him again for another drywall project.

We had an unfinished basement in which we wanted to section a part off for a children's play area. This required us to create a mechanical room and also finish off another wall. Dennis Landeen came out to our house and provided a quote. He was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. We decided to use his services and he was able to fit us into his schedule within a week. While completing the job, he made a couple recommendations to make things better. He added an access panel so a valve could be serviced in the future if needed. He also recommended a change that will end up giving us more room when we completely finish the basement. He completed the job over four consecutive days. When done, he removed all materials and cleaned up the entire work area. We are very happy with the work that was completed.

I recently purchased a 1987 aged house which had a faux texture applied to the dining room. Called Dennis with a very specific timeframe in which I needed the work done. He was very accommodating. Came out and took a look and called me back in the next few days with a quote. He showed up exactly when he said he would on the day the work started and returned for the next three days as scheduled to complete the project. I would definitely call Dennis again for any further drywall work.

We couldn't be happier with Dennis and will definitely hire him to do additional work in our home. We recently purchased a home built in 1924, which required some updating/repair. Dennis seamlessly patched multiple defects in the existing plaster walls and perfectly smoothed the transition between the old plaster and new drywall walls. He has incredible attention to detail and approaches his work in a very artistic fashion.

Dennis was so great. He came to our house for a quote very quickly, and was very very reasonable on price. He worked in our basement for 4 days, was super punctual and did an excellent job. We just left a key for him every day and he came and went without needing anything from us. He was just great! The basement looks awesome. From now on I will hire him and recommend him to anyone needing drywall services.

Ceiling was puckered and plaster was flaking. Dennis taped off the rest of the house and scraped, sanded, taped and replastered, then applied two coats of paint.

Mr. Landeen did a very good job. He was on-time, cleaned up well, and the finished surfaces were very well done. Most of the areas were plaster and lath and had curved transitions, so a good amount of care was need. He did a great job with it. We did latter find some cracking. It is hard to tell if this was due to the work or just changes in our 1918 house between normal settling and the fact that the area above where he did the work was reinsulated, which would change the thermal dynamics.

Dennis was very easy to work with. He was good at returning calls and answering questions. He was quick to respond to our request of an estimate and, once chosen as the contractor, scheduled the work quickly. He showed up when he said he would. He was very good at keeping the dust and mess to a minimum during the project. He was working on an older home and we were very happy with the work he did to match the plaster ceiling pattern. After the work was done there were two small items that needed touch up and Dennis was very quick to correct them. We would recommend Dennis!

Dennis arrived at the time he said he would. He repaired the ceiling to my expectations, patched the walls and another hole in a wall. The work was done in a timely manner, he was very polite and did a pretty good job cleaning up once he was done. I would recommend him to my friends as well as use him for any future needs.

I hired Dennis to do work on a refurbishment of a downtown condo. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results or with how he set my expectations on how work would proceed. A couple of months after he did this work I tried to get him back in to do some more, and he was very honest regarding his current schedule...I was disappointed he couldn't do the work but appreciated the fact that he didn't "over-promise" like many contractors. Highly recommended!

Dennis returned my call within 2 hours, bid the job the following day, and started the day after the bid. His bid was competitive, and the work was terrific. I already have some additional work lined up for him. I found Dennis very nice with a good attention to detail.

I bought a foreclosure and dogs had chewed holes in walls along with a 2 car garage that needed storage structures removed, drywall repaired and replaced. Dennis made the whole area look great. He's very experienced and does high quality work. He is fun and creative to work with.

I recently had Dennis in to provide me with a quote to complete the taping and mudding of my basement finishing project. From some of the responses I got from other vendors, the job was somewhat of a difficult job due to different ceiling heights, many angles and corners as well as the fact that I did the drywall installation myself ,and I most definitely am not a professional. Dennis was no different, he too thought the job was somewhat difficult but had no issues with wanting to take it on. Within a day or two, he came back to me with a very reasonable price and I ultimately hired him to complete the work. He did a very good job at communicating to me when he would be doing the work and when he would be complete. He was punctual and was never in the way of my family. The final job was is very professional looking and we are extremely happy with the final product. If the need comes up, I would definitely hire Dennis again and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs them.

After searching on Angies List, I emailed Landeen Drywall requesting an estimate. That same evening, Dennis called and said he could give me an estimate that evening. He arrived 20 minutes later. I told him I wanted the popcorn ceiling removed in our living room. He took a look, and recommended we also do the dining room, since you can see right through the house (through these 2 rooms). I asked him to give me an estimate on both. He called me the next morning, gave me an estimate of $875 plus material. He said he'd call in a couple of days and let me know if he would start the following Wed or Thur. He started on Thur, 3/24, arrived in the morning when he said he would arrive. Came back on Friday and Saturday, and finished on Monday. He said it would take 4 days, and it took 3 1/2 days. He was professional, did what he said, when he said he would. I highly recommend him. He explained everything, cleaned up when finished each day. We are extremely pleased with the results. We will be having him come back to do the remaining rooms in the Fall. The 2 ceilings he did look like glass....perfect!!

The project went well from beginning to end. We are very happy with the quality of work, the speed at which it was done, the attention to detail paid. Dennis was reliable (he worked when he said he would work and finished when he said he would). Dennis was courteous, efficient, skilled, and organized. He completed the job with a minimum of mess. He truly knows his trade. Our newly done ceilings are very smooth. We had high expectations, and they were met.
