Juan called right away and came when he said he would. He fixed the problem and was courteous, professional and capable.

Juan was prompt and courteous. He communicated well providing an ETA both the night before and morning of our appointment. He took time to explain the issue and provided recommendations for replacement when he determined my washer was not worth fixing. He only charged for the service call since he recommended it be replaced. I would definitely use Juan again on future appliance repair needs.

Zero complaints. I requested a quote and 20 minutes later Juan was the first to message me that he could come take a look at it. One and a half hours after that my dryer was fixed. He’s a nice guy who knows what he is doing and explains it well. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

Juan was fabulous to work with-- showed us the issue, pinpointed a short-term solution while a final part was ordered, and then back as soon as he received it to install it as a final fix. I can't speak highly enough of the service and the great attitude. Best repair visit since we bought our house 30 years ago!

Although this turned out to be an unusual problem, he was able to pinpiont it quickly and get it fixed right away!
