They did very good work. They're very thorough and unobtrusive. He comes when he says and warns before he comes. I have him every half year because I have white carpeting and it's getting old. He is wonderful, clean, and thorough. With white carpeting sometimes stains wonder through.  He would come without saying a word he would be here and redo it until I'm happy. He's very reliable and works alone. I have him regularly. He does very good work, cooperative, on time. It's total happiness with him. I have a very large living room and one hallway in addition. It was not particularly cheap, but he is so thorough and guarantees. He's really a good guy. Whenever I get good service I like to reward it. I totally recommend him. The price is okay. He measures and then give me a price. According to what he does would be more or less. It depends on the size of the room. He works with natural stuff and it doesn't smell afterwards, which I like. The quality of his work is excellent. He's practically there the next day to make sure everything is right.  Not only he comes on time, he checks in with you before.

We were very pleased. Mark showed up right on time. I had underestimated the size of the areas I wanted cleaned. Mark got as far as he could with the time he had and was able to come back the very next day to finish up. He did a great job getting out stains and with the overall cleaning.

We've worked with Mark before. He does an excellent job, especially with stains and on stairs. He is always on time and works efficiently. We will continue to use him.

I have used Lake Country Carpet Cleaning since 1998. I have used them for my last two homes and i will use them on our new home now. I call, mark the owner answers, he schedules me in right away, comes to my home, preforms great work, and leaves me a bill. Never had an issue after using him 12 times.

They have been our carpet company for many years now. They always do a great job. I trust them completely with our carpets and furniture.

I will hire Mark again.

Mark arrived on time, set up everything expeditiously and went to work. He was at our house about an hour and a half or two hours. He uses a mild cleaner and pipes energy for this work from his truck. Everything looked splendid when he left. He is prompt, efficient, professional, friendly, and expert in this work. His prices are very reasonable. I have used him before and will use him again. I have recommended him to my best friend.

Mark was great. He came promptly, and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and did a great job. My bedroom carpet and the stairs were pretty badly stained, and he removed all of them. He even pointed out an area where one of my cats urinated (that I had not noticed). I'd refer him and use his services again in a heartbeat.

I was very pleased. I was surprised at how many spots they were able to get out. They were very professional and punctual.
