Howard Kroll is especially good. He specializes in older houses and is a good value for what you pay. He is our first choice! The guy can do with a 4 inch angle grinder what I couldn't do with a scalpel. He isn't always punctual. I don't mean by the hour, I mean by the day. The contracting field can be that way and I don't think he is worse than others.
