Came in, saw the place, and then within a week gave me the proposal. Once I accepted it, he started work within a couple of days. demo occurred within a couple of days, and the framing and drywall was done in a couple more. Mudding and sanding took about a week to get done, and painting was another 4 days. Carpet and vinyl flooring was in and complete in three days. All in all, the project took 3 weeks, and was completed on time. It was shocking on how fast and good the work was done. I stopped over at the remodel about 5 times to see the progress, and I was amazed. Everything he said he would do was done to perfection. Attention to detail was key with the remodel, where he didn't just put any trim up, but matched it to the existing trim. He was very helpful with a potential buyer before it was put on the market, and gave me his honest opinion. He told me some things that any owner would not want to hear, but the upfront and honest nature of what he had to say was pretty awesome. He gave updates weekly, and verified every step along the way. All the holes in the walls were sealed up and painted like you could never tell there was a hole there. There was a plumbing issue and he got the plumbers in that same day to resolve the issue. I am not sure how most people have experiences with contractors, but this was my first, and I hope to do all my buisness with him. I was very grateful for the help and work he did for us. A+ in my books, and I cant wait to work with him again on finishing my basement!
