He is somewhat expensive for a handyman but he is reliable and trustworthy. He just takes care of things so quickly. If he doesn’t have time to do something, he’ll tell you that he can't get to it for a few days. I just appreciate his honesty about that. He doesn’t give promise and under deliver. I love that. He is always very honest about how busy he is. I trust him so much that I let him come in as he pleases and I lock only the front door. He gets it done when he says it.

Kevin was great. He came out within one week of my call. He accomplished all the work I had to do to complete a housing inspection rather quickly. He was knowledgeable of housing codes and helpful with suggestions of how to complete the work. Kevin was friendly, and the price was reasonable. I plan to hire Kevin again.
