We offer a unique cleaning service with a personal touch. Our staff loves to clean and are passionate about what we do. We offer a "personal housekeeper" service at the same price as many standard franchise cleaning companies. The same knowledgable and friendly staff person will visit your home each clean and get to know any special ways you like your home taken care of. We offer residential, also carpet shampoos., commercial/office, construction, move in & out surface cleans or deep cleans

"THE MEMBER'S CONCERNS ARE VALID. I THOUGHT WE COULD GET THE ENTIRE HOUSE DONE IN FOUR HOURS. IN FACT, WE WILL EVEN STAY UP TO 45 MIN LATE PER TIME WITH NO CHARGE IF NEEDED. BUT, SOMETIMES THERE WAS MUCH MORE PICKING UP TO DO OR MORE MESS THAN WHEN WE DID THE INITIAL ESTIMATE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS CONSISTENTLY WE EITHER SKIP ROOMS OR CHARGE MORE ACCORDING TO THE TIME IT TAKES, WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PREFERS. KIDS ROOMS AND PLAY ROOMS ARE EASY TO GET VERY MESSY AND TIME CONSUMING! WE HAVE NO PROBLEM PICKING UP BIG MESSES, IT JUST TAKES A LITTLE MORE TIME. REGARDING MISSED CLEANING DATES... ONE THING WE DO TO SET US APART FROM OUR COMPETITION IS ASSIGNING ONE STAFF MEMBER TO EACH HOME. THIS ALLOWS HER TO GET TO KNOW YOUR HOME WELL AND YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE KNOWING IT'S THE SAME PERSON EACH WEEK. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT MAKES IS A LITTLE HARDER TO REPLACE YOUR STAFF MEMBER WITH ANYONE ELSE, IF SHE HAPPENS TO BE SICK. WE TRY TO RESCHEDULE ASAP OR OFFER CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF THIS EVER HAPPENS. WE APPRECIATE ALL FEEDBACK, GOOD OR BAD! THIS REALLY HELPS US IMPROVE OUR SERVICE. I'M GLAD TO HAVE OVERALL SATISFACTION, AND I HOPE THE MEMBER WILL GIVE US ANOTHER SHOT IF SHE NEEDS SOMEONE AGAIN.
