I called Ken plumbing. However, my name (without permission) was given to a third party plumber who completed the job instead. Although claiming overwork, Ken’s plumbing demanded a referral fee from the third party plumber but denied this practice when I called them twice and have not responded since. Moreover, since I left this review on "Yelp" Ken plumbing contacted the third party plumber requesting a copy of my invoice once again reflecting a flagrant breach of privacy and un-Minnesotan behavior! Summary: Find a more honest plumber with no incentive to increase your bill because of “kickbacks” or breach privacy laws.

I am new to my home and still learning the fixtures and appliances. When the bath/shower fixture broke, I called Ken's and they sent someone within 90 minutes. The part was a slightly obscure one but luckily it was available at the nearby Ace hardware store. Great to have all the work done speedily with local help.

Before we determined that the faucet couldn't be repaired, the plumber broke the faucet when he was trying to remove it
from the sink. He did a quick install and it has worked well for the past three days since it was installed. We provided the
faucet so we paid only for the labor. The best part was how quick Ken's is. I called him in the afternoon and he sent a plumber within two hours. I was cooking dinner for ten and wasn't slowed down.

They showed up within 15 minutes after I called them. We just moved into this house, and the drain hasn't been cleaned for 15 years! Ken and his guy cleaned it out (snaked to the street) pretty fast and were very professional.

Ken has provided service for my elderly mother for many years, including sewer work (flushing the drains and clearing roots, etc.). He does great work and is very fair with pricing. He is an honest guy with great work ethic - recommend!
