After the home was selected, she was helpful in pairing us up with Brian Petersen, a Mortgage Consultant. From the price negotiations to the closing of the deal, the process was smooth and painless. The eventual signing of the documents was much faster than we expected. Kelly was professional in pointing out fixtures we needed to specify that we would keep, wall trauma from the previous owner mounting televisions that the previous owner then agreed to pay for and paint chipping that the previous owner paid for in escrow to get repaired.

She has worked out just fantastic for us. She listens well and is very thoughtful - she answers questions with considerable thoughtfulness. She is very punctual, prepared and professional. I would rate her highly and would use her in the future.
