KDS Cleaning Service is dedicated to offering a high quality custom house cleaning service. Each client has a free in-home consultation with a KDS Cleaning representative that will go from room to room discussing and customizing their cleaning needs. Our clients will have their cleaning schedule maintained by a consistent and experienced staff member. This provides our clients the highest level of cleaning consistency. Employee retention is an important factor in offering a high quality customized cleaning. The majority of our valued staff members have been employed with KDS Cleaning Service for more than 5 years. This strong retention of staff has allowed us to maintain a highly satisfied client base. Over 30% of our clients have been with KDS for over 10 yrs and 60% have been with our company over 5 yrs. We are currently responsible for over 130 homes which are cleaned on a consistent schedule. KDS Cleaning Service believes that we do not have to be the biggest, we just strive to be the best.

Hiring KDS was a good decision. First, Duane kept in touch by phone often, and was easy to talk to. He was able (during a very busy time for his company: pre-Christmas) to fit me into the schedule. Despite a huge snowfall and slow commutes, Vickie and Patty got there in plenty of time to do a wonderful job on a very challenging situation (pet hair and general nastiness). The cleaning was a gift, and the recipient was amazed and pleased at the result, as was I. Thanks so much.

The whole experience went very smoothly. The co-owner was here to oversee the work and to communicate with me. They were meticulous and methodical in all that they did. Everything was done as agreed to. They even did a few things I would not have expected, such as shaking out rugs. The workers volunteered to complete the repair of my railing to the basement and did it in just a few minutes (it would have taken me much longer). They supplied some of there own cleaning items while I provided others. When they left I could not be prouder of how our house looked.

Generally speaking they do very good work. We trust them in our house and haven't had any problems with stealing. They are pretty consistent on who comes out and does the work, it's not a different person every week. I would recommend them to others as well.

KDS has been cleaning our home for about two years now. Our regular person does a great job, she is friendly, works hard, and consistently cleans well. She often spends longer than expected to make sure it is right. I only gave a B on the quality, because we have normal minor issues with different cleaners. When there is a sickness, our cleaner sometimes has more houses to do, and has "a helper" with. Communications to the helper about specifics about cleaning our house aren't always complete and we have been disappointed on occasion when we have substitute cleaners. I have found KDS to be better than the other services we have tried, and I am happy with them overall. The owner Dwayne is always concerned about our happiness, and has given us a bill credits and a different regular cleaning person, when we have had problems. I have high confidence in KDS, and would recommend them to family.

We have been using KDS Cleaning services for over 4 years now. Unlike some other services, I consistently have the same person cleaning my hours. During my tenure with the company I have only had 3 different people cleaning my home. The consistency is a major plus. Also, the staff has had very high standards. I have only called Duane once for clarification for a task that I thought should be done. The next time my house was cleaned the task was done and has been done every since. Also, I am always notified in advance if there are changes to holidays or illness. Yet, even when there are changes, my entertaining needs are always considered and accommodated for when schedules change.

When I had only one cleaner the work was very good for 6 months. She left and after giving no complaints for 6 months, when I complained about the poor quality of work they ''got huffy'' and quit.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON BATHROOMS, THE KITCHEN AND VARIOUS PARTS OF THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO CLAIMED THEY WORKED 6 HOURS (WE'RE ONLY CONTRACTED FOR 5). THEY DID MISS SOME SPOTS, BUT THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN RELATED TO THE HEIGHT OF THE INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE CLEANING OUR HOUSE AND ALLOTTED TIME FRAME IN WHICH TO WORK.

PAID ABOVE PRICE AND THOUGHT THEY WOULD GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. WE CAME HOME AND ONE OF THE CLEANING LADIES WAS DRINKING WATER OUT OF MY FRIDGE AND THE TV WAS ON. THEY ACTUALLY SAY IN THEIR CONTRACT THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THIS. THEIR CLEANING WAS SUB PAR. THE MANAGER IS REALLY RESPONSIVE, BUT I FEEL THAT THE COMPANY HAS GOTTEN TOO LARGE FOR HIM TO MANAGE.

"This home required extensive cleaning, perhaps more than the client realized. We worked hard within the cost/time constraints placed upon us. We do not allow TV's to be turned on or water or food to be taken from the fridge. If in fact this happened, it should not have, and it will not be tolerated."
