We had tile put in from Kate Lo. We picked out the nut color, when we came back the tile was wrong color it was the cream, so we went to talk to them at the store they told us that we received the nut color so I brought pieces and it was cream but they still claim it nut just different lot. I will post pictures.The regional manager called said he wouldn't even look at it or the pictures said to bad you signed disclosure, but not for wrong tile. As you can see in the picture the darker tile on the right is what we were supposed to get, the nut the tile on left is cream our tile is on top which is cream not the nut.
