Kaspars Kalnitis Contracting

Owner (Kaspars) came and gave us an estimate and timeframe of completion. As promised, in two weeks he arrived with his crew and work began. It took exactly five days from the start to completion. Workers covered door openings to the kitchen and bedrooms as well as carpeted floors. There was a ton of dust from sanding the sheetrock; however, each day it was all cleaned up. Prior to painting Kaspars came and assesed the work. He noticed some areas (my husband and I did not see them) that needed more sanding. Worker arrived on Saturday to finish marked areas and we were able to paint the following Monday. We paid Aduro Contracting the negotiated amount. The work was done in a timely manner and not a cent more. We know enjoy our brand new living and dining rooms! We will use them for our kitchen remodel as well.
