 + -1 moreMR. KARKOS STARTED OUR REMODEL PROJECT IN 1/01, BUT LEFT THE JOB UNCOMPLETED ON 3/1/01. ALL SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPTS TO CONNECT W/ HIM HAVE GONE UNANSWERED (I.E., VOICEMAILS, CERTIFIED LETTERS, AND THE BBB). WE HAVE NOTIFIED THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ABOUT OUR SITUATION AND ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING MR. KARKOS AND KARKOS CERAMIC & STONE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO RECOVER SOME OF OUR FUNDS.
Description of Work: CONTRACTED W/ KARKOS CERAMIC & STONE FOR A BATHROOM REMODEL PROJECT. PROJECT WAS TO CONSIST OF GUTTING THE BATHROOM, AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW WINDOW, TILE, TOILET, VANITY, AND MIRROR. THE PROJECT WAS STARTED IN 1/01, BUT THEY LEFT THE JOB UNCOMPLETED IN EARLY 3/01.
