Karina's Cleaning

I have used Karina's cleaning on a monthly basis for about 5 years now. I schedule as I need them. Usually a team of 3 come for 2 hours. They work very hard and are quite thorough.

We continue to have Karina and her group clean monthly. They do a wonderful job and they have pointed out some areas around the house where there is beginning wear and tear (i.e. floor beginning to scrape the floor; we placed another pad on the chair foot). I appreciate the text messages from Karina to confirm the night before they are coming. They have been incredibly flexible with the time of day to arrive, as I work the night shift. I highly recommend them!

We will use her again tomorrow and we have used her for months. Her professionalism and the quality of her work are high. What stands out to us about her that keeps us using her is the quality of her work.

Usually I have to call several times to get them to come out. I’ve tried to contact them 2 or 3 different times they have never returned my calls. I will not be calling them again despite the fact that they do a great job and the price is reasonable.  I will moving on to another service provider.

Karina does an excellent job when cleaning my house.  I would recommend her to anyone.

She did a thorough move out clean of my house so that it was ready for renters.  She was even able to get rid of black mold on the walls that had not spread beyond the Sheetrock.  I was out of state and she took a check from me also.  She was great and I will definitely use her again.

I set up an app't with Karina to do my son's house while I was visiting from New Jersey.  I confirmed the appointment the week before arriving.  She had a bit of trouble finding the house, but would have been perfectly on time except for that.  She and her two other women were immediately in action.  SHe reviewed with me what I wanted and what they would do.  She was there for almost four hours and I was very pleased with the work.

I used Karina's cleaning for a deep clean in mid-august and have been using them ever since on a weekly basis.  I do not recall the cost of the initial clean, but the weekly fee is $165 for my 3,500 square foot Victorian home.  The initial clean was amazing; they cleaned from the walls down.  They underestimated the time it would take them to clean my house but did not charge anything additional.  I always look forward to coming home from work on Tuesdays, because I know the house is going to me immaculate.  Twice I have requested a change in the day of my cleaning and both times Karina was able to clean on the preferred date.  Years ago, I tried several different cleaning services, but the quality of the cleaning always diminished quickly.  I have been consistently happy with Karina and her staff.

Marina's team of cleaners do an excellent job with monthly house cleaning.  They are thorough, meticulous, professional and dependable.  I highly recommend them!

We love Karina and her team!  Karina and her team clean our home once a month and we couldn't be happier.  Not only do they do a fantastic job, but they are prompt and friendly as well.  We hope to start on a bi-weekly schedule soon. 

I had used Karina's cleaning one year ago prior to a party.  I was very happy with the thorough job she and 2 other employees did, but had misunderstood the cost and was surprised at how much it came to (at that time it was $29 per hour per employee and I did not clarify the "per employee" part).  So my advice is to make sure you know how many people are coming to clean your house.
I recently hired Karina again to clean before my daughter's graduation party.  I did call her twice before she called me back, but then she explained that she had been on vacation and had just gotten her messages.  She worked me into her schedule on the day I requested and brought a team of 4 total.  I have a large house with 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, and they set off to work right away. They seemed to be very focused on their work.  Karina is very detailed, moving furniture and rugs, cleaning underneath, dusting light fixtures and cleaning in all of the little places that often get overlooked.  They worked for over 4 hours, and Karina charged me for 4 even.  They did arrive about 20 minutes late, but she called me and told me her GPS wasn't working so it took longer to find my house.
I will definitely call Karina again.

I hired Karina's crew in the late summer to clean my house. She answered my calls immediately, her crew came as promised and did a great job. Then I contacted her again and asked her to clean my house before Thanksgiving and to clean my daughter's house for my retirement party in early January. It took several calls to get her crew here before Thanksgiving, but they did come. However, they were here much longer than the first time they came and the cost was much higher than expected because of that. They did do a great job though. I never heard from Karina for the party in January. My daughter decided to clean her house herself.
I would consider hiring Karina again, but with the understanding that her crew would be here a specific amount of time, and after talking with her about her unresponsiveness these last two times. If my daughter hadn't decided to clean her house herself, Karina's lack of response would have been a very serious problem, although I imagine if I kept following up she would have come.

We have enjoyed having Karina and her team clean our home. They do a beautiful job and are very thorough. We have had other cleaners before and very few of them lived up to our expectations. Karina and her team have met and exceeded our expectations in terms of being very careful to take care of all details. They work very hard the entire time they are in the home and they are very nice people. Karina is very helpful and responsive to feedback. She works hard to make sure we are satisfied, and I have no doubt that if we had a concern she would work to make everything right. We definitely would recommend Karina and her team to others.

From estimate to final cleaning it went great! Karina didn't even ask for payment until we were 100% satisfied with the results. We found our cleaner!

The 4 employees were on time, three of them going straight to work while my son-in-law was explaining the job to the lead cleaner. Not a spot was missed, refrig and stove pulled out from the wall, cleaned inside and out, light fixtures cleaned,  Everything sparkled and smelled terrific.  Very satisfied; am considering using them as a regular cleaning service in my home.

Karina and her crew move from one cleaning project to the next and travel all over the Twin Cities, so arrival time might not be exact.
If you have a set budget for cleaning, let Karina know up front so you can plan with her what you want done.
Karina communicates mostly by phone (including text messaging), but also by email via Angie's List.
Karina and crew bring their own vacuum cleaner and all their own supplies.  You only need to provide garbage bags.
