As others here have said, if I could give him a higher mark than A+, I would. He was super-responsive when I called and was able to drop by later that same day. He replaced the water line very quickly at a very affordable rate. The best part is, he is hilarious. Never had so much fun with a repair situation in my life!

They connected our refrigerator water line. I use them for any plumbing needs I have. They are very responsive, reasonable priced and provide good service.

Isn't there a higher grade available than a 10?! On a scale of one to ten, Rob Joyce certainly deserves 100 (yes, one hundred). His product recommendations were solid; his work was very well done; his price could not have been more reasonable. Long live Rob Joyce!

Rob took care of everything without a hitch. He was prompt, neat, and personable. He is a and quot;wholisticand quot; plumber who looks at the entire system, not just the piece he is working on, offering good advice from years of working in the business.

I called Rob on a Saturday after discovering water in my (finished) basement. It was a rotted kitchen drain pipe, making the kitchen unusable. He called back Saturday night and was here at 9am Monday morning. What I most appreciated about Rob is his and quot;first do no harmand quot; approach to the project. Since it required cutting into the drywall, he made a small, low hole that could easily be concealed. As it turns out, the problem was near the ceiling. He was concerned that there might be additional problems higher up, but that would require damaging kitchen cabinets, etc, to get to the wall and find out. His recommendation was to fix the immediate problem first since doing more would be a significant and expensive project.
I found him to be honest, reasonable, and professional. He's also a character which is a plus for me.

He was great. We have a very old house and he did a number of things. We continued to have a problem with the toilet and he came out and replaced everything free of charge. We provided the faucets. I would use them again.

We had a problem with the garbage disposal, dish washer, kitchen sink, etc. and this guy was AMAZING! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND by helping to put the dishwasher back together again after we frantically disassembled it while the water was pouring out! We called around and he was available on short notice, let us know what his schedule was and when we could expect him, and arrived punctually. He worked quickly and was very amusing! Price was good, work excellent, and we are more than pleased with his work.

I have used Rob for years and he always does a great job. Price is very reasonable, work is professional and well done.

Rob was very prompt and helpful. He arrived when he said he would, did the work efficiently and cleaned up after. I was very pleased.

In early evening, we encountered a shower valve that would not close and had to shut off our house main water supply. Rob Joyce arrived asap and replaced the valve in no time at all. The cost was exceptionally moderate, even more so, considering the hour and the inconvenience. I'm aware of other work he's done and the experience and results are similar to ours. He is very reliable, easy going and professional and we would call him in a second for any other work.

Overall, this project was easily fixed with Rob's advice without even a service call. Other times he has worked for me, he has done a wonderful job as well.

I had a quote from a different plumbing company and they quoted me a very high amount. When I consulted Rob Joyce, he came over and also had the parts in his truck He charges me a very reasonable price and I find him very honest. He doesn't try to trick me into major renovations that I don't need. He has a good sense of humor too and is informative. He is on time and I am satisfied with him
