 + -1 moreJorge is a very hard worker and came out on a Saturday when the temperature was almost 100 degrees to remove the pieces. He said he'd have the work finished in two weeks and he came back to install the repaired pieces in exactly two weeks. He paid a lot of attention to detail and caulked around the areas in the stucco and flat balcony roof to ensure water wouldn't seep in. When he was installing he noticed a small area that needed some paint touched up (I didn't even notice it). He came back in two days to touch up the paint and said to call back if I needed anything. For the service his price was very good!
Description of Work: Refurbished seventy-five year old wrought iron railing around a balcony and two very large and ornate wrought iron window boxes. The entire top and bottom rails were rusted and crumbling on the railing so it wasn't safe. Jorge replaced all the rusting pieces, sanded down any rough parts and primed and painted the railing. He also replaced the tops and bottoms on the window boxes and removed some of the ornate curled detailing that was rusting on the boxes. He replaced most of it with new detailing. Jorge removed the railing and window boxes to repair in his shop and then reinstalled them. It looks like we got all new iron not just a repair!
