 + -1 moreIF YOU WANT AN OBJECTIVE INSPECTION OF A HOME YOU ARE CONSIDERING FOR PURCHASE, JOHN IS YOUR GUY. HE FOUND SEVERAL SERIOUS PROBLEMS WHEN HE INSPECTED A HOME FOR US. WE ALMOST BACKED OUT OF THE PURCHASE, BUT WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE REPAIRS WITH THE SELLERS ON THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES AND DECIDED TO LIVE WITH REST. IT WASN''T FUN LEARNING THAT OUR DREAM HOUSE WASN''T PERFECT, BUT AT LEAST WE WENT INTO THE DEAL WITH OUR EYES OPEN!
