Horrible experience. Asked for mac compatible CCTV system. Installed a system that could be viewed on a macintosh but that had to be set up and reconfigured via a PC. His tech was not able to fix our AMX system and after his team left the file was corrupted. Our AMX hasn't worked the same since and now needs to be replaced. Throughout the summer I was assured by John that his team would be albe to work with our existing lutron system and hook in the new landscape lighting. When it came time to do the work, he told me that they system was too complex for his tech and we should contact the original company that installed it. When trying to sell us the Sonos system he attempted to oversell us in a huge way. He recommended 8 different Sonos players for our home, during the installation process HIS tech was confused why he recommended so many units when we asked about it. In the end we needed only 2. Oversells and under-delivers.
