JOHN'S SHOE REPAIR

I had a pair of high black leather boots I loved and only had for about a year, but the foot part tore away from the sole of the boot. I thought I'd need to toss them out, but decided to check around to see if they could be repaired. A few other places said they couldn't do it, but someone recommended that John's might be able to do this. It's a tiny little place in a laundromat, and limited hours, but I was impressed with the serve. The person working behind the door of the closet-sized office space (I assume the work is done off-site) was very kind, and called John to be sure he could do the work, and he said he could. I came back in the time they quoted me, and the price was the same from what they quoted. The problem was fixed and still holds more than a year later. I definitely got my money's worth out of the boots, and thank John for that!
