They are very responsive, responsible, well priced and competent in their work. They look at the job well, so they don?t try to sell me more than what I need. They?re not pushy; instead, they are very economical about solutions to a problem. They?re not looking for the high-cost solution but for the best solution. We had used them another time, maybe in 2005, when we spent about $1000 with them on a couple of combined jobs. I would rate them highly.

They arrived on time and they did the job very well.

It's hard to adequately sum up Mr. Ruffenach's professionalism and expertise in an understated manner. I especially appreciated his patience with my bone-headed questions; let's face it, I don't know much about electricity. And when I asked him for recommendations and opinions, he had so much information and experience to offer it was amazing. He made it quite clear he didn't have a dog in the hunt: it was crystal clear that his concern was with what was best for the client. Given what some friends have gone through, this was...astonishing. I have Mr. Ruffenach to thank for another amazing contractor experience. I asked him to recommend someone to do some basic repairs for my attic, and he in turn recommended Pip Longley, of L & K Construction, who in turn did a massive overhaul of my badly-damaged attic, which Mr. Ruffenach rewired and lit to code. In so doing, Mr. Ruffenach gave me access to another master craftsman, and in turn the workers he trusts with repairs that he cannot do himself. The results have been absolutely amazing for me and for that I have Mr. Ruffenach to thank.

Well, I had one problem to start with, and the service provided was so excellent that I moved beyond that one and got ambitious, because the work was so well done and the rates so reasonable for the amount of work done! In fact, I got a wee bit worried because the electrician worked so hard.

Gerry is a master, with thirty-some years' experience as an electrician. On all three jobs, he was precise, neat and thoughtful about how to make the work respond to my needs.

They are not cheap, but they are reasonable. The job is always done very well and I have not had to call them back about anything.

The work was completed in a timely manner. When we called about the problem with the light dimming, we received a return call within a short period of time and he fixed the problem that evening. I called again later to say that our fuse was still blowing occasionally, but I have not followed up. I did receive a call from the owner to follow up on the quality of the work and to discuss the continuing problem.

JOAN SENT ONE OF HER SENIOR ELECTRICIANS, GEORGE RUFF, WHO DID A TOP-TO-BOTTOM INSPECTION OF OUR OLD VICTORIAN HOUSE, AND SOME LIGHT REPAIRS FOR OBVIOUS PROBLEMS. GAVE TONS OF TIPS FOR FUTURE WORK, COST-LIMITING STRATEGIES, ETC. VERY INFORMATIVE. COMPANY DOES NOT ADVERTISE WIDELY.
