+ -1 moreWe've used Jo-Ann for framing in the past. They did a nice job. It sometimes takes a while to get the job done because they often have to order the frame parts once you select them, but it is not too bad. They did do one item with an incorrect color, but that was a vendor issue and not theirs (although I do wish they had caught it before we got it home). They re-did the work promptly and well. My one complaint is that their pricing is based on continuous "sales," so it is difficult to compare prices at times. Every week is a big 2-for-1 or 60% off event to entice folks, but the sales prices seem to be comparable to other places' everyday prices. I don't like that approach.
