Jim was quick to respond to email/phone contact, flexible on scheduling, courteous and punctual. Provided an accurate job estimate and explained the difference between basic tuning and raising the instrument's pitch (my piano was quite out of tune after a cross-country move) and recommended the appropriate service based on my piano's condition and my playing plans. He arrived on time and worked quickly--piano still sounds great a few months later. Very happy with services provided and the cost. Would definitely recommend his services.

JIM DID A GREAT JOB TUNING THE PIANO, WAS ON TIME, MADE CONVERSATION WITH THE KIDS AND STUCK WITH HIS PRICE WHEN THE JOB GOT MORE DIFFICULT THAN EXPECTED.
