JIM KALITOWSKI

Jim was great at returning my phone calls, answering my questions, and setting up walkthroughs. Even though I was looking for a 'starter home,' I never felt like I was a low priority customer to Jim. He is very knowledgeable, and during the walkthroughs he was good at pointing out both high points and structural pitfalls. When I found a home, he recommended an inspector who was extremely thorough. As a result of the inspection, we added a clause to the offer that the furnace had to be certified. When the furnace didn't certify, Jim called several contractors and got estimates for me so that we would know how much to ask for from the sellers. In the end, the sellers agreed to what we asked for and I got a great house for the price. In summary, Jim was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He clearly cared more about helping me find a house I loved than on making a quick sale.
