Joe was one of four that I called that would give me an estimate over the phone; reasonable quote. He was able to schedule the appointment for later that day, but then called after the scheduled arrival time and needed to reschedule for the follow day due to car trouble. The following day the person (not Joe) showed up over an hour late, called three times for directions, did not have the correct parts, needed to go to the hardware store for parts and then charged me an extra $20 for time.
