I was a little unsure as to how this experience would go. The office was nothing special but Mr. Carlstrom's attentiveness and knowledge made me very comfortable. When he I was leaving town the next day, he volunteered to get the appraisal done within a couple of hours. He was efficient and professional. I plan to return in the future to have a small repair done and will recommend him to others including my insurance agent.
