He gave me an itemized estimate. The trimming of the grass makes the seal coating nice and neat to not have any grass near by. He used a hot crack filler. He power cleaned the cracks and joints before he did anything. He charged exactly what he estimated. He did a great job and was very personable. He provided references of my neighbors that he had worked for. It was very convenient to be able to walk over and see his work. His estimate was probably the second cheapest.
