This was our first time at Jerry's. The repairman was clearly very knowledgeable, and was able to pinpoint what we needed to replace/fix almost immediately. It took a week, as was estimated. When the bikes were picked up, the repairman even offered (without any prompting) tips to work with my finnicky (but functional) gearshift, and I have found that they work very well. I have had this bike for nearly ten years, and it has seen many tune-ups, but I can hands-down say this was the best for half the price.
