Excellent experience, she answered the phone right away and got back to me again that night with more questions. She offered to come out for free to give a time estimate, but I declined and asked her to just come out. She made sure to communicate with me through the process and let me know time estimates. Jennifer did an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone!!

VERY RESPONSIVE. WE RARELY GAVE HER MUCH NOTICE, BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO WORK US INTO HER SCHEDULE. EVEN MORE HAPPY WITH HER WORK AFTER USING A CHAIN THAT LEFT EVERYTHING GRIT-FREE, BUT NOT ACTUALLY CLEAN.
