We decided to start looking for a house in Minneapolis. We were only doing this for research purposes and Jeff was more than willing to help us out. He knew we were not in the purchasing mode and still was willing to sit down and help us research neighborhoods and go view several places. Most agents won't do this and we were really grateful he was willing. He lined up several viewings for us. He was trying to gauge what styles and neighborhoods we liked. He did a great job. So great that even though our intent was research only we found a house. A total surprise to all of us. Jeff was great and professional walking us through every step of the process. Buying a foreclosure is a time consuming process. Jeff was dedicated to seeing the process through and making sure everything got done.

He was great with staging the house that we were selling. He also priced it right and sold the house within 3 days and also helped with a purchase of a home.

We met Jeff randomly, we were on a walk and saw an open house, Jeff was the realtor at the house. We told him we were just being nosey, getting ideas as we hoped to buy in a year or so. He showed us the house. When we left he gave us his card and we gave him our name and address. For the next year he sent us his postcards and great recipes to stay in touch. Occasionally, he emailed to see how things were going. A year and a half later we called and said we are ready to get serious. Jeff hooked us up with a fantastic mortgage broker, researched all houses we wanted to see, added some houses he thought we would like, and took us to all these houses. Within eight days we were approved for our loan, put a bid on a house, the bid accepted, and signing papers of intent to purchase. We believe this was all possible because of Jeff's asking/listening to what we were looking for. We liked the time and effort he put forth in finding homes for us to see. His had an in-depth personal touch and honest desire to put us in a house we now call home. We would recommend Jeff and his amazing talents to everyone.

Everything went amazingly smooth. Jeff met with us as soon as we notified him we were thinking of moving. We were able to meet far enough in advance to plan ahead. Jeff is meticulous and very detail oriented. He sat down with us on several occasions to review our to do list and his to do list. He checked in with us via phone and email as needed. We sold our existing home, which sits in a transitional neighborhood, during a volatile market (this past summer) in about 2 1/2 months, when the average market time was 4-5 months. Then we were able to find a fantastic home with in a month (so we were not 'homeless'). This included some serious negotiations with a very finicky seller. Jeff was able to give us quality input and ideas during the offer process. Selling and Buying a home is such a complicated transaction which consumers don't always have much experience with. Jeff made us comfortable at every step of the way. We are so happy with our results and owe it all to Jeff.

We were first-time home buyers with a good idea of what we wanted and where we wanted to live. Jeff met with us to go over the house purchasing process. He suggested a helpful mortgage company and inspector. We already knew the areas of most interest to us. Jeff showed us about a half dozen homes before we found the one we liked. He returned phone calls promptly and answered our questions. He helped us make an offer on the house we selected and suggested "next steps" as we went back and forth with the sellers. Jeff even met us at a Culvers, which was more convenient for my husband since he was taking a break from work, to write up the offer letter! Jeff kept in touch with us throughout the home buying process, even during the time before closing. Jeff stopped by for the inspection. He also escorted us on our walk-through where we noted that the sellers would not be out of the house before closing (YIKES). This came as a GREAT surprise not only to us, but to Jeff as well! He relayed our concerns to the seller's agent, communicated our needs to the sellers, and helped put our fears at ease. Although it was stressful at the end, it was NOT Jeff's fault at all and we did end up in a great house when all was said and done. Jeff did much to reassure us and help us feel comfortable as first-time home buyers. We really appreciated his prompt responses to our many questions, his help in setting our expectations regarding the home buying process, and his honesty.

The story from start to finish was short and sweet. Once we decided to look for homes, Jeff identified about 7 homes that fit what I was looking for. We looked at all of them in an afternoon and quickly decided to put in an offer on one of the homes. The next day we were doing the paperwork, and by the end of the week we had a verbal offer. Throughout the buying process, Jeff would check in with my and give me any updates on how the process was going. About 1 1/2 months later (mostly because I was out of town for part of that), I was a new home owner. It was much easier than I expected.

After interviewing several agents, we came upon Jeff. We both knew instantly that he was the one. He was thoughtful, professional, straight forward and thoroughly explained every detail. He did not pressure us in any way and to the contrary & kept us on our price point. He was tactfully aggressive in pursuing the bid on our home and kept the process moving gracefully. And although we had a quick closing, it was a painless process. In addition to the above, Jeff is a great person. We looked forward to our Sunday showings with Jeff. We shared some laughs and got to drive around in a convertible while viewing houses. And after six months of looking, one would assume that Jeff would want to fire us, but that was not the case. He was still determined that our "this is the one" house was out there. Since closing, we came to the realization that we would not see Jeff as often anymore....and it sucks! Not only did we find a great real estate agent, but we found a great friend. Thank you!
