Jay was quick to respond to my phone call, worked me into his busy schedule, pulled permit, and completed all the work efficiently, cleanly and to our and the inspectors satisfaction! He is great to work with! I will call him again, next time I'm needing a plumber!

Jay was very prompt, courteous and professional. He was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Brooklyn Park and has used his services before. He clearly explained the problem and how he intended to fix it, and he worked quickly. He was very conscious of damaging our cabinets as little as possible, and he only charged $225 which I think is very reasonable. I was very satisfied with his work and will contact him again for any future services that we need.

I'd tell others that if we aren't using them at the time then go ahead and call them. We use them for emergency problems and other plumbing issues and he solves the problem in a more economical way than other plumbers.

Jay was out a few weeks ago to do another small job (leak at a main water valve). He did that in about 15 minutes and charged me an extremely fair rate. At that time I showed him two other things that I wanted done. He gave me an estimate and told me that he would call me in the next week or two. One week later he called me and he came out yesterday to do the work. He was done in two hours and came in UNDER the estimate he gave me. I have already referred Jay to two more people. Jay was referred to me by a friend who had used him for both an addition on an old house and then to do the entire plumbing in his newly built home. He does an awesome job and is very fair with his pricing! I have one more project that I am putting off for now but when the time comes Jay will get my business.

He is real forthright and we like him. He knows exactly what he is doing - he points out what needs to be done and he takes care of it. He is neat. Since he is an independent plumber, if he is in the middle of some big job, he may or may not be able to do some small jobs for you. We always call him first to check if he can fit us in.

AT FIRST I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JAY AND HIS WORK; BUT WHEN I ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM, HE SEEMED VERY ANGRY WITH ME. I THINK HE IS VERY BUSY AND LOST A BIT OF PROFESSIONALISM.
