Eric (who owns the company) seemed genuinely concerned with doing the best installation he could, and offered several design options that we agreed with and which made the entry look even better. Though the suggestions demanded that Eric do additional work, there was no up charge. The installation process took a full week and both Eric and Jim (his employee) demonstrated that they both took pride in their work, which showed in the end result. Though we did not hire Eric directly (he was hired by a flooring store), we intend to hire him to do some additional tile work as out remodeling project progresses.
