Both Philip and Sam did excellent work in listening to our needs and developing several ideas for how we might reconfigure our small kitchen; add a bathroom to our master bedroom; and an office to our basement (all within the existing structure of our house). We came away with 3 options for the kitchen, 2 for the master, and one for the basement. The designs are more preliminary in nature (which is what we expected), but they are to scale and are a help as we try to plan our space. Philip was responsive to our questions before and after we received the designs. They were on-time, fast (we had designs within 3 business days), very polite, and offered us new ways of looking at our space. They also met with us for an hour to go over the designs. It's likely that we won't move on these projects for a while, as we need to seriously consider what we want to do and when. When we decide to move forward, we'll likely hire them again for more detailed plans.

WE SET UP THE APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND PHILIP ACCOMMODATED OUR WORK SCHEDULES BY ARRANGING TO VISIT OUR HOME AFTER 5PM. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND SPENT ABOUT 2 HOURS LISTENING TO OUR NEEDS AND WHAT WE LIKED, MEASURING THE SPACE AND TAKING PICTURES. HE LISTENED VERY CAREFULLY TO WHAT WE WANTED TO DO WITH THE SPACE AND DEVELOPED A FLOOR PLAN THAT APPEARS TO EXACTLY MEET OUR NEEDS. HE WAS ABLE TO CAPTURE THE COLORS, TEXTURES AND FUNCTIONALITY THAT WE LIKED EVEN THOUGH WE WERE NOT SURE OF WHAT WE WOULD LIKE. THE FLOOR PLANS, COLOR SWATCHES, PHOTOS AND PRODUCT IDEAS WERE DELIVERED PROMPTLY WITHIN A WEEK AS HE PROMISED AND ALL THE MATERIALS HE PROVIDED HAVE GIVEN US THE CONFIDENCE TO PROCEED WITH THE PROJECT.
